William is in his second year with Rhythmic Force and
is a sophomore Computer Science Major at
The University of Texas at Austin and is interested in
joining the video game industry. Currently he is a
member of the UT Longhorn Band and plays third
bass on the drum line.
William graduated from Cy-Fair High School in Cypress, Texas in 2010. He has been playing percussion since middle school and was a part of his high school percussion program for all four years, the last three he played snare and bass drum. Cy-Fair two years ago made the finals in the UIL area marching competition, and the program won 'Best Percussion' for all sections at the Sam Houston State Marching competition in 2009. For the three years that William participated with the Indoor Line at Cy-Fair, they placed in the top three at TCGC state competitions.
In his spare time, William likes to play video games and write marching percussion music for both full band and indoor drum line. Rhythmic Force's 2012 show 'The Arrival' is being arranged by Caption Head Percussion with collaboration Nitish Kulkarni and Sforzando Production. William is the owner and founder of Caption Head Percussion and uses it as his outlet for publishing his music.
